I am having trouble finding free nursing journal articles needed for school presentations

Doesn't your school have some sort of library? What kind of school has no library? I'm curious.

School librarian/ media specialist and Google Scholar are your friends.

I find that hard to believe. I'm sorry, I just do. As a student I had access to nearly any/every journal article I could possibly want. My school (as did most I looked at/schools my friends went to) had access to all the big databases for journals - CINAHL, MedLinePlus, PubMed, LexusNexus, etc. All I had to do was search for what I wanted and use our institution login to access it (our email or student ID number with password were how we accessed anything we wanted/needed that the school had a subscription to). Also, even if we didn't have that - most professional nursing associations have a greatly discounted student rate (I'm an AORN member, and the student rate is $20/annually). Student membership generally provides access to publications/journal articles.

Talk to your schools library. They will be able to help you access the databases you need. Better yet, most school libraries have this info readily available on their websites. My school, for example, has links to PubMed, CINAHL, etc for us to access for free.
