Hi all,

Last month I ordered a couple things from http://www.uniformdiscount.com/ and haven't received them yet and can't get anyone on the phone to assist me/don't get responses to my customer service email requests either.

Has anyone ever used this company? I could kick myself for not checking the BBB first. They did not get a good review.

I have had an excellent experience and have purchased many times over the years from http://www.uniformdiscount.com/ I recently ordered the Landau and Cherokee Uniform products and they were delivered in 4 days from the time I placed the order. I feel this is a reasonable delivery time for UPS ground delivery. I contacted there Customer Service dept to ask a few questions and they were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend purchasing from UniformDiscount.com.

I ordered a pair of shoes from them on March 31, 2011... my credit card was charged the following day. Twenty-one (21) days later...NOTHING. I looked up the address online and got the # for Pizzazz Uniformz. I called there and was told my order had been cancelled and that my card would be reimbursed within 24 hours. Nothing like holding my money for 21 days to learn "cancelled"

NEVER order from these guys!! I see some of these posts are old, but the company has not gotten any better. I recently ordered 3 scrub tops for my new job - paid $34 to get the 3-day delivery. First they didn't get the order ready to ship for 48 hours (which unfortunately is listed as their policy) so although it sucks, most companies stat up the quick deliveries. And because their 48-hours was at 10pm, UPS didn't pick up until day 3 - and now my tracking number shows delivery to me on day 8. I will never buy here again. I was on hold for 35 minutes for customer service and never got thru. I wish I would have searched here first.

Ahhh~! Just ordered from them last week and had a real weird feeling about it after, bc I had a question with my order and called and noone answered, emailed and no answer, called the next day and no answer.. Grr. This post confirms my fear! Calling my bank in the morning, the transaction is still "processing" so hopefully I can clear it.
