Resume review request--anyone care to take a gander??

Hello! I am preparing to start sending out my resume and would love some feedback. I've used this template with success as my non-nursing resume for the last ten years, but this is the first time I'm including clinical experience.

One thing I'm not sure of: Our career counselor said to include the patient load we've dealt with. As a hospital nurse, I had about 7 patients. Which is about what most of the actual nurses had. However, I hear about LTCs where there are well over 30 patients to a nurse. If I say that I handled 7 pts, is that going to look pathetic to a potential LTC employer?

but yeah.. I looked it up online just now and that's what it says on the BoN

Hello anashenwrath,

I would recommend not putting your license information on your resume. Potential employers will look this up independently. I would leave off the high school information, since you already have two college degrees. Just remember you want your resume to stand out from all the rest. HR reps are reading hundreds of these. I wish you well.

On my abbreviated version of the resume, I did take out the high school information. That's usually the version that gets sent out. I'll consider removing the license info as well (that was included in a template I saw)
