need help with resume.. casual bank nurse of ent hospital

Hello all

i have been working at a reputed ENT hospital for over 4 years as their casual nurse bank night duty only. The reason behind this is that i was also studying at the same time so i didn't want to be permanent. despite that i had shifts of that of a permanent staff i.i 2- 3 ***** per week. However due to some management and funds reason i have not been able to get enough shifts as i used to. Almost next to none. My expertise is ENT however there aren't any ENT directed hospitals so i have to broaden my work experience. So i am trying to apply to other departments of hospital. My resume is quite old roughly 5 years and i have no idea about any new resume updates. Can someone please help me to update my resume. Its quite long however i had no idea how to shorten it. It has been stressing me out lately.

Any kind of help will be appreciated.
