Should I larands???

Nursing Students Online Learning

Hi everyone!

I am attempting to purchase the A&P study guide from larands on Ebay but have some sort of mix up with my credit card number. I really want the notes but for me to get them I would have to give Paypal access to my bank account which I really would rather not do! Are the notes worth the risk of giving Paypal my bank info or should I just skip it all and study on my own? I realize it's only $12 but since I can't use my cc I may be opening myself up to danger. Right?

Whaddya think?

Thanks....

personally, i bought that exact 'study guide' a year ago or so. i was not at all impressed with it. i would definitely go with the studygroup 101. much more precise, not grammar error laden like larends is. plus, studyguide101's guides are only $10.00 and you can print them and not have to worry about passworded files as your do with 'others'.

as for paypal. i completely trust them. if you choose the larends study guides from ebay, paypal is the way to go when paying for purchases.

You can use a credit card through PayPal. You don't have to give bank info. I have used PayPal for YEEEARS and never had a problem. LOVE PayPal!! :loveya:

Like others, I've been using PayPal for years and years, ever since they first started getting popular. Never had any issues with compromised bank account/credit card information.

If I HAD to pick between Lisa Arends or studygroup101, I would go with SG101. SG101 trims the fat and gets you down to exactly what you need to know. Larends is good as an additional guide, but there is a LOT of extraneous information.

I've passed every single exam so far solely using SG101 and occasionally Larends. Stuck on HD2 as my last exam now, and I've had to break down and buy some additional material.

SG101 is definitely worth it!
