    I know it's been asked before, but I'm looking for a college that offers RN-BSN without clinical requirements that is reasonably priced. So far I've found the University of Kansas is around $295 and Kaplan University at $283 (military spouse discount). Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

    Cheapest by far is WGU. Also check out U of Wyoming.
