Well, as you will find, everyone goes at their own pace. Some people test with a couple of weeks of studying, some with months. If you really want to go through it, I feel that motivation is the big thing to keep you moving. It's hard to study when the rest of the family is watching a movie, or outside playing, etc. You have to keep the end in sight which can be hard to do when you are in the middle of it. Try rnstudygroup on the yahoo groups, you can get motivation there and they have subgroups for all the nc tests and some of the pre-reqs too. Personally for me, I could get through test material in 3 weeks if I studied everyday as much as possible. But that is when I buckled down and did it!! Set goals for yourself...x amt each day, week, whatever-or schedule your tests ahead of time so you have no choice but to test. thanks for the congrats! good luck in your endeavor.
