Congrats on passing this huge milestone!! Way to go! :yeah: As I told Erika, it is so inspiring to hear the sucess stories to those of us still testing away, trying to get our nursing exam component done. Can you tell us if was as bad as you had imagined? Any thing that took you by suprise? Thanks so much for sharing!!!

Yes, I feel the same way. It feels so good to hear about others that were successful....it just makes it feel that much more doable for you! I guess most people are a little more scared than they should be for this, but it's a good thing, because then you get there and in the groove of things, and think to yourself, "I can do this." Don't get me wrong, you're still a nervous wreck while waiting to hear if you passed, pacing the hallways of the hospital waiting for your CE to come around the corner with a smile on her face, no matter how confidently you did your PCS.....it's an emotional roller coaster the whole time I'm telling you. As far as surprises, "It's like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get" LOL....but seriously you don't. The goal is to learn all that can or could be expected of you, and know it to a T and any other surprises are just a way of life.....can't control those. But, I personally didn't get any huge surprises thrown at me :)

GOOD LUCK! Study your butt off, use a grid, know your mneumonics, or all the critical elements if you're not a mneumonic person and control your nerves!!!!! Oh yeah, and portray confidence, not cockiness, the CE and the patient will appreciate this.
