Nursing Students Online Learning

How long did you current EC students wait to hear about your acceptance? They have had my transcripts and registration fee since EARLY Sept. When I ask, they tell me I should get a reply in 7-10 working days. I have gotten that answer twice, 18 days apart. Also, did you get notified by mail or email? I am starting to worry I won't be accepted! I have the correct military MOS!

I goin' insane!

They took their full six weeks (or so) with me--I just kept checking the website to see if it would let me enroll, and actually, that's how I found out I was able to!

I actually enrolled several days before I got their letter.

I hope you have heard by now.... Keep us posted....

Good luck Kir. Sometimes the best news takes the longest to arrive. :balloons:

I still haven't heard. I keep checking the website. Where is the link for trying to enroll? I have been all over that site I thought! I haven't tried to enroll in any classes because I don't know if I am in or not.

Were you notified by regular post or email

At least you gave me hope I might get in!

Kir

I found this works when I am getting the run arround.

Call them and speak to a person. Express your frustration. Tell them you were told 7-10 or what ever it was. That time passed and they told you 7-10 again. Tell them you are worried and need an answer. If they transfer you call tell the next person and the next the same thing.

If you get transfered back to someone twice let them know you are really getting upset over this.

I just found out I got in. I finally got to talk to someone. They really had no reason for the delay. I just have to come up with the money for tuition and all of that stuff. I am excited to start!

Thanks for your support.

Kir

Congratz!

Hello!

I too was thinking about using Rue and decided to do a little

searching and found this news site...Thank you Thank You

THANK YOU! I felt uneasy with the fast talking, high pressured sales people...One question...on an earlier post someone

recommended taking the tests and then apply so tuition is less???

I dont think you can do that anymore...you have to enroll before you even can take classes I think.

I am a LPN since 1996 and have worked as a traveling nurse in various states since 2000. I love it, but have found that work for

LPNs has slowed up in Hospitals...I have been working NH but my first love is med-surgical perferably surgical. I did find each state used their LPNs differently and NY used LPNS to the fullest.

Well thank you again for all your help.
