I would appreciate any feedback regarding this program.

Aspen is GREAT! The coordinator is currently tweaking the curriculum a bit...for the better! I am in the first course and it was initially overwhelming but I am enjoying it! They are so easy to work with and want you to succeed at every step. I just started Module 3 (of 8 in a course) and I'm getting the hang of it. I encourage you to contact admissions and check into it. I work FT, have 2 kids and I'm managing. I think some of the changes will make it easier to get through the classes. The coordinator is always looking to improve things...and the Dean as well. It is a relatively new program but I tell you, after all the research I did re: on-line programs AU won hands down. I'm happy to answer any questions...check it out!

Thank you so much mtsteelhorse! I have followed your posts on this and Ohio Univ thread (nightmare admission process sounds like) and I think I will go with Aspen. I was also seriously considering , but... just not sure about them. I have talked to an admissions person at Aspen, researched their site and now just wanted some feedback from real students. My goal was to make my decision this weekend and I'm going to call tomorrow and jump in! Excited and nervous at the same time!

I just wanted to reassure you that Aspen is a great choice! I have only good things to say. It was a long time since I had been back in the classroom but they are wonderful and provide great support. You could not ask for better classmates either!! I am sure you won't be disappointed!:yeah:

:yeah:Aspen is wonderful. They will support you from the get-go! I was sooooooooo nervous but just jump in and that feeling will pass. Their admission process is straight-forward, organized and efficient. I look forward to "seeing you" class!

Good for you, metroishka! I think you will be very happy with the program. I am so relieved to be getting my MSN. The Aspen program is challenging (because you are actually learning new things!) but not crippling (nearly everyone's concern). Let us know about your experience!

I am enrolled in Aspen University also... the support from the Instructor and Dean have been fantastic! LOVE this program!

Is this program regionally accredited?

Aspen is CCNE accredited and Regionally accrediited.

I don't believe it is regionally accredited. Might want to double check that.:confused:
