Nursing school while on Adult Probation

I'm new here, but I was just accepted to LVN school. I am currently on Probation for a class A misdemeanor. My case was deferred so my charge will be dismissed in February once I complete Probation. I won't graduate school till August. I plan on being completely honest in my petition to the board. Any ideas on what the board will say or do?
