License with an active restraining order?

Nurses Criminal

I recently graduated and received my authorization to test for the NCLEX exam which is scheduled next week! I was recently denied an extension for a court case regarding a restraining order my step sister has requested. My whole family has very little contact with her, and our parents currently have a restraining order on her. She has done this to me several times, applying for restraining orders for various false allegations. Its very hard to keep appearing in court to defend yourself when you have a job. The third time was a charm, she requested one, I submitted a letter to request another date, they denied it and because I wasnt there the order was accepted!!! Im devestated! Its in a civil court, it was accepted AFTER my ATT and after my NCLEX was scheduled. Will this cause me to be denied licensure in the State of Missouri?? Ive worked so hard for everything I have, and im terrified I could loose it for something so senseless!!!
