    I was picked up for a DWI EARLY Thursday morning (0145) and just bonded out of county jail here in Texas. I am wondering, after looking through the BON's site page; do I have to report this misdemeanor to the board, and if so, what kind of disciplinary action from the BON am I looking at?
    It's a first offense and I have never, ever had legal trouble in my life. I have been an LVN for almost five years.
    Any help would be great. Thanks so much.
