DUI and becoming a nurse? - Page 2

Someone Please Help...
Hi everyone!! I just recently graduated from LPN school and is ready to take the boards. I am a little scared and unsure on what to put on my application regarding the criminal history. I am a Pennsylvania resident and got an out of state DUI in new Jersey. I did a background check in Pa and it states that I have no record. I know in new jersey DUI is not considered a felony and is classified as a traffic violation. Should It be reported on my Pa state board application or no? Please help....

You report it no matter what. Honesty up front is better than butt licking later on.
