Does my application still go to ENFORCEMENT with a JUVENILE RECORD?

Im here in CA, I recent took my nclex-pn and was wondering if my application/nclex results still go to enforcement even if I have a juvenile record? I remember filling out my application for my Bvnpt and it stating I did not have to disclose any juvenile record unless i was convicted as an adult so I marked no on the conviction question.

Im just worried I will have to wait longer for my results. So does it still go into enforment even with a juvenile record? I mean all they have to do is compare the date of the charge and my date of birth to determine I was a juvenile at the time.

PLEASE HELP ME !

I don't think the results should show up if it's a juvenile charge, although contacting your attorney and the BON of your state would probably be your best bet in finding the best answer. Have you heard anything yet about the results?

What state are you in? Are you sure that the NCLEX application said you didn't have to report a conviction if it was a juvenile case? Because I had to and I am in Florida.

what ever happened with your case? I have a juvenile record too and was wondering if I should bring it up? I went through the process of doing my own background check with the DOJ and nothing came up so i wasnt going to mention it. Now i'm second guessing myself and was just trying to find out more info.

Sorry for the late response. Well my licensing wasnt delayed. I got it on time. But im not sure if its because CA BON didnt care about juvenille records or if my record got sealed just in time. But im licensed now in CA.
