BON background check

I am scheduled to take my NCLEX tomorrow and I just recieved a letter today from the BON saying that my background check showed up an arrest and i have to provide a self explanation and documentation from the court. I was never arrested. I moved and changed banks and 2 checks hadn't cleared which Ididn't know at the time and I paid them both ASAP but when I paid them at the courthouse they said I had to be booked, which was fingerprinted and photographed. My question is will this cause me not to be licensed? And if not will it show up on the BON website that I am licensed before they review it? I am really worried about this.Anyone else had this situation?Thanks!
