Hey! I interviewed for the Oncology/BMT unit on Friday 12/9th and still waiting to hear back. I was wondering if anyone knew the timeline when we would hear back, I unfortunately forgot to ask after the interview haha

Hi guys! I interviewed last Friday for Hem/Onc too, but also forgot to ask any information haha. Opps! I keep checking my status online and it hasn't changed yet so I guess that's a good thing!

Hi! I interviewed with medical and surgical this month. Got invited for a 2nd interview. Has anyone gone through a 2nd interview yet? any insight on what to expect is greatly appeciated :)

That's awesome! Congrats! I heard the second interview is a lot like the first, but possibly with less people and a little more relaxed/casual. I'm not sure if that changes with different departments though. Also, how long did it take for them to call you about a second interview after your first interview?

I got an email the next day after my initial interview. Have you heard back from hem/onc?

Not yet! Which probably isn't a great sign since it's been a little over a week now, but I'm just hoping I'll hear either way soon! Have you heard anything back yet @CalidreaminRN ?

No I haven't either and am getting anxious! I called human resources last week and asked when offers would be going out and they said they were still interviewing people so not for a couple of weeks. It made me nervous that the lady said they were interviewing ALOT of people and I don't think I nailed the interview haha I'm hoping we both hear good news by the end of this week though!!

Oh gosh! I wonder what a lot of people means?! Don't they normally hire like 5-6 in Oncology each cohort? That's scary if they're interviewing a lot of people, but I guess that makes me feel better they are still interviewing and that's why we haven't been called haha. And I'm sure you interviewed great! I don't think mine went perfectly either, but it was my first interview so it was good practice either way haha

Im thinking they will hire around that number. I know this residency program is different and they are changing things though. HR might have meant for all the units in general. Well at least that's what I'm hoping for haha. And the nurse manager never said anything about a second interview but I'm wondering if only some units require two interviews? It was my first in person interview as well and very different from the other phone interviews I just recently had so looks like we are in the same boat haha

Hello everyone! I interviewed on the 11th for the oncology unit and still haven't heard anything . This was also my first new grad program interview. Are you guys internal or external?
