Information Management in Nursing Information System(NIS)

I`m intresting on information management aspects of nursing information systems(NIS). I`d like to undrestand about Information process in NIS, such as data capturing, data analysing, documentation methods in NIS, classification systems, data sets, useing of NIS information, Reporting and ....
Is there any one to help me?

I want to find:
1- what Data must be collected in NIS ?
2- which classification systems about nursing process are there?
3- what are documentation methods in NIS?
4- what are data gathering standards or methods in NIS?
5- what are data quality elements in NIS?
6- what are data processing method in NIS? and ...
may be, these questions are general, but i`d like to know about these topics. If, any one has a resourse about these, please offer to me.

Greetings Mahdi,
These sound like questions from a school assignment???
Short of doing your work for you I can suggest a few references off the top of my head that can also be found doing an Internet search.............. such references as: Nursing Informatics, Where Caring and Technology Begin, Health Care Informatics (Englebardt and Nelson) and Introduction to NUrsing Informatics (the Marion Ball text) also Linda Thede's text is online and searchable.

Are you already licensed as an RN or LPN?

Are you already familiar with nursing informatics?

These questions are asked because it helps us gage where to start in giving you information.

We might be giving you information that is redundant and at the beginners level if you already have an IT or nursing background.

One resource is the Nursing Informatics: Scope and Standards of Practice by the American Nurses Association.

The ANCC has a number of references pertaining to Nursing Informatics and may answer your questions:
