Hi, is there anyone working in MaDocs? How is it working there when you are a new employee? What are the things to consider or anything you can share your experience working in that institution will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

im currently working MDH.

of course they will prioritize Manila Doctors College (now Manila Tytana Colleges) since it's their nursing school.

If you don't have a backer, don't have hospital experience nor MDC grad, there's a very low chance of you getting hired.

btw, they have a training program for nurses.

5k for 3 months. if you excel in this training, they will hire you.

Specializes in O.B and Pedia.

Hi! They will give a list of requirements once you get there. Just bring the usual requirements, resume, tor, board rating, prc license etc...

Hi, Do you happen to know when the training will start as well as the deadline of submission of papers/requirements?

hi, may I ask, is the training program still open for applications?

the next batch will be on January.

thanks for the info brigz,

What are the requirements for training? will there be an exam and interview?? are they open for staff position? sorry if i have lots of questions haha.

Specializes in Oncology Nursing.

i have undergone their 3 months training April of the same year (2011), and exposed to different areas like ICU, ER, Wards. It costs 6k. Within 3 months there'll be a lot of exams you need to pass, and its little bit hard specially all the laboratory values, NCP, and more. Then i waited 4 months before I received a text from HR department for interview. Right now I just had my Physical exams and Im on completion for list of their pre employment requirements. Oh and for the hope, im not Manila Doctors College graduate, and I dont have a backer. So for all of you guys. Dont loose hope.

hi.... what is the status of your application right now? are you about to start? when? who called you for an interview, is it the nursing service whom I believe handles the 3 months training, or is it the hr dept already? Did they allow you to be exposed at Hemodialysis unit? I am planning to have my training at madocs just for the purpose of exposing to dialysis unit,do you think it would be possible? and do you have an idea when will the next schedule of training? Thank you.

well for you to be able to get into their 3 months training, just submit all the necessary requirements to the nursing office, located 2nd floor of the main building. then, you'll be rotated with different areas within the whole 3months, and by that time, show excellence and interest since the staff will evaluate your performance then submit to the nursing office. if you excel both in exams and duties, then there'll be chances for them to hire you

hey there, well right now it all depends on us now.since were the one who's taking now the actions of completing the list of requirements. maybe by december, looking forward to become staff now. its the HR department who'll be calling and schedule you for an interview with the nursing service. Dialysis unit? i dont think so, since no one among my batch mates ever been rotated there. Next schedule will be next year.
