Hi there! Anybody here who has worked for RMC?

I have a pending application for their IVT training but sadly, even the nurses at the Nursing Director's Office do not know when will the next IVT class be. They just asked me to sign-up in a logbook and then regularly check with them for the schedule of the next class. It's been 3 weeks since I went there and the reason I want to take my IVT training with them is because first, I live 10 minutes away from the hospital and second, I was told by one of the nurses in RMC that once you're done with the IVT training, you'll be hired as a volunteer nurse as well. It will run for 6 months and then you'll be assessed if the institution could hire you as one of their employees.

Can someone verify this? I might visit RMC this afternoon to check the schedule.

Any input will be highly appreciated. :)

I just wonder what are the possible topics for the exam and interview. ?

Anyway just to share my experience haven't receive any call or text from rmc after 1 year. When I went there, the training officer said that I was supposed to be in batch 8 and ask me if I haven't receive call from them. Another reason he told me that the previous training officer in charge didn't endorsed well the pending applications to him. I am suprised by this answers and alibi's. He said that I should renew first my PNA card because its obviously expired. 1 year in the making and no luck. The officer told me that I will be given a chance to be in the next batch. That will be next mos most probably. Let see if the new officer in charge change the old style of recruitement for volunteer nurses. If not maybe I should get a reccomendation letter from the goverment...

hi all, i found this thread of RMC and i was one of those who trained and graduated from the earlier batch of the training.. experience-wise the hosp. will give you a good experience and with the process of acceptance of training and waiting, well, its kinda' hard at this moment compared to our time before.. also, after the training pls. don't expect much that u'll get absorbed/hired because none from our batch did have a chance.. if you are currently in training or will start training might as well just enjoy your experience there!

I received a letter from RMC stating that my credentials are forwarded to HR Department last May 2011. But until now I haven't receive a call from them yet. I tried to follow up my application but they said that I just have to wait for their call. And yesterday I called to RMC and they direct me to NSO. I follow up my application and they said that they have no vacant for my position. Is it possible? I mean, I don't have my training in RMC. Is it possible for me to be hired there? But it's like 6 months already and still no call. Any reply would help. Thanks.:redpinkhe

I took the exam and was interviewed October 27. they told all the applicants that we'll be the one to call or to follow-up when is the final interview will be. I followed up after a week then they told me to just wait for their call. It's been 2 weeks now but still I haven't received a text or call from them and so as my friend. I wonder if they already deployed RNs qualified for the Rnheals project, so that we will not be waiting for nothing. Can anyone reply to my misery? tnx in advance..

I went there last january 16,2012... sadly they are not accepting applicants.I don't know if this is true as you know we have a lot of backer systems in the philippines. Like what happened when I applied at San Lazaro last november, they did not accept my resume but i discovered that they are still hiring. A friend of mine got hired by december because he has a backer. ******!

hi there yuukides... im going to take my IVT training this coming march 29-31 at RMC... i think there are no slots available... with regards to price... i payed 3000 upon registration... then they said we have o pay additional 400 for the processing of ivt card... if u want to know the next sched of next batch... u can call them f u want :thankya:
