Hi, is there anyone working in MaDocs? How is it working there when you are a new employee? What are the things to consider or anything you can share your experience working in that institution will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

hey there, well right now it all depends on us now.since were the one who's taking now the actions of completing the list of requirements. maybe by december, looking forward to become staff now. its the HR department who'll be calling and schedule you for an interview with the nursing service. Dialysis unit? i dont think so, since no one among my batch mates ever been rotated there. Next schedule will be next year.

Hi...actually, I had my training at madocs before but that was years and years ago and I guess my performance by that time wasnt enugh to impress the staff that's why I wasnt consider for employment, do you think it would be possible for me to re-train and this time show more interest and impress them more with my performance? I mean,do you know someone who did the same? I think this is a desperate move, but i am more than willing. By the way Is it still mam joy who handles the training? I am planning to call her but i am kinda hesitant. Thanks again.

I see. Well since you already asked me, if I were you. I'll call them atleast 3 times a week for a follow up. Manila Doctors Hospital will hire trainees who shows perseverance and interest on their institution.

im calling them 2 times a week to follow up my application. You need to submit again requirements to the HR dept after the training. Then I religiously visit the nursing service office and HR department once a week for personal follow up, aside from calling them tru phone.

well for you to be able to get into their 3 months training, just submit all the necessary requirements to the nursing office, located 2nd floor of the main building. then, you'll be rotated with different areas within the whole 3months, and by that time, show excellence and interest since the staff will evaluate your performance then submit to the nursing office. if you excel both in exams and duties, then there'll be chances for them to hire you

thanks for the reply, it's helpful. i will be calling them this coming week for more info about the training. I'd like to inquire personally but it's kind of far from my place.

hello. you'll be rotated to different areas like wards, ICU, ER, and CCU. There are series of exams that you need to pass. Review all laboratory values, comon drugs, nursing care plan, computations. The exams aren't that easy so you better study and listen to the nurse supervisors during discussions. Wish you good luck. By the way, are you the next batch that will start next year?

Thanx for the reply mister eigtheen, really appreciate it. Actually i'm not yet sure if i'll be included for the next batch that will start next year hehehe! I just submitted my requirements last month, they told me they will just contact me. But I'll try to call them if there are any updated for the training. I was just assuming i'll be included for the next batch ^_^ thanx again mister eightheen.

What's gonna be the deal if you have someone to back you up in Manila Doctors? I mean ...are we gonna be subjected to the same nursing training and examinations just like the other trainees? thank you :)

^^

yes. but you'll be sure in.

just want to clear thing out.

the first one is when you undergo their 3 months training...jut like what mister eighteen went through. if MDH liked your performance, there's a high possibility they will hire you.

the second one is their direct hire wherein you will not undergo their 3 months training. AFAIK, they only direct hire nurses if they are a graduate of Manila Doctors College, already have paid ursing experience or if they have a backer.

in my batch, they hired at least half who took the 3-months training.
