hi i would like to ask question regarding what is the process of hiring an applicant at the said hospital? my friend took his qualifying exam there days ago. he said the HR will contact the successful applicant who belong to the top rank and be schedule for an interview by the nursing service. my question is how long will it take them and the procedure that will follow after it?

Is it true that they won't accept applicant with 75% board rating?

yeah its true they are not accepting applicants with board rating below 78% unless you have a strong backer ....hehe....

I was hired last year first batch......

any updates? the 6th batch if im not mistaken is about to start their didactic lecture...lots of nurses coming from special units are resigning , we are in need of more staff! i hate overtime! hehe

I already made a reply to both tweety and tobby but it got deleted somehow.

So keep this short because i got quite frustrated. Huhu.

@Tweety: i passed last january and was called last feb to take the exam and two interviews but no medical exam. Because i still had some commitments. They called last august.. (pls refer to the previous post for the whole process.) and now we are starting our didactics.. I dunno about the backlogs. But they said during our lecture that apps usually are stored for initially 3 mos and another 6 mos for reconsideration. Roughly 9 mos. They prioritize those applicants with an average of 80% up albeit the required rating is just 78%.

@tobby: didactics lecture. We are still on our 3rd day. Yes, we still have to equip ourselves with these lessons before going to the PCUs which i believe is a bloody battlefield. Even if have experiences before there is still a difference in the system. After all CHH is accredited by the JCI and mediocrity is not welcome.. Hehe.

This is i think more lengthy than the one i previously made. (@tweety pls send a private msg if you have questions, its easier to respond. Because i find it hard to post in forum using my fone. No computer, sorry.)

I also feel the same way overwhelm with lots of information and PCP's form to be used at PCU! anyway youll get over it one day at a time....ill try to visit the NSO to see a glimpse of the new hired nurses. I might be seeing you there though i don't know your identity. what is your asl? hehe

so it is true.

@automatic: i dont have a backer. Am i just blessed?

One of chong hua's requirement is photocopy of license..

question:

what if my license will still be release six months after, is there other way to comply with this requirement?

Hope someone can shed light unto this matter

Thanks

@automatic: i dont have a backer. Am i just blessed?

Really? Then i gues you are.

@automatic: i have lost all hope with our profession that is why I am happy that finally there is an update/progress.

@spider: they have mentioned about that but it was regarding to those people whose licenses are about to expire. They said prc can issue a certificate that they have processed their license. They will not accept the claim stub.

Then i'll have to go to prc to get that certification entailing my Processing of License..

Thanks @Dzidzan
