Share Your Saying

I find that a lot of people who post have a lot of great saying attached to there post for example like
"I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it." (Charles Swindoll) If you want to make God laugh, tell Him your plans
I find it hard to go through everyones posting to find great saying so thought I start a tread so you can post yours and this way I can have a collection of saying all in one spot .........some of them are really funny, some are deep and make you think, some are sweet ...so please post and share your sayings since some of them are really great to read...........thanks Angela

I have a long distance relationship with my boyfriend he is away so I love to write to him and add a little quote or story something to make him laugh or think or smile or just feel thought of so appreciate your contributions to my attempting to getting a collection thanks

I have three I use in e-mail:

"I hope you don't get carpet burns
on your knuckles on your way out."
~~Abby Carmichal, Law & Order

I have read it before,
but it appears I have a
photographic memory.
And no film.
~~Dee

If we ever get the warning that nuclear bombs
are headed our way, I'm going to coat myself
with Shake & Bake mix. That way, when
everyone else is burned to a crisp,
I'll be tender, plump and juicy.

This is more of a family saying, but... "There's always somebody" who will: put a shot glass in their rectum, ride down the highway on the roof of the car, see if the circuit is live by putting the wires in their mouth, put their hand in a dark, snake-filled hole, get their mother-in-law pregnant and so on.

and i have lots more but I will have to find them later...actually it seems that I remember a thread similar to this a while back...type in quotes into the allnurse search engine and see what pops up

Edited to add: Quotes does not work and I couldn't find the thread...it may have been in the student nurses section?? I just can't remember...I hope you get some good responses here regardless...

"Live, laugh, love."

I'm not a premium member at this time, but I close my posts with what is sort of my personal motto. I guess I feel that if I live each day to the fullest, appreciate the humor life has to offer, and treat others with love, then said day will have been complete for me. Life is precious and soooo short. To me, it only makes sense to treat each day like it could be the last.

Live, laugh, love,
Jenny

"I am only one, but I am still one.I cannot do everything but still I am one. I cannot do everything but still I can do something. I will not refuse to do something that I can do." - Helen Keller

Support bacteria...it's the only culture some people have.

Bad spellers of the world...UNTIE!

"Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that takes our breath away."

Keep smiling, It sure looks good on you, and if you get a chance pass it on to a friend.
