I am a recently licensed RN and I am applying for federal nursing jobs through USA Jobs. Any tips or advice?


I graduated in May 2011 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. I am currently living in the state of Georgia, I was licensed in August of 2011, and I have a years worth of experience as a PCT. I don't have any experience as an RN.
I have applied to other RN jobs but I have had no success even though I have applied for many, many jobs and gone to just as many interviews.
I have applied to many new grad programs in Florida and in Georgia no luck. I've even been applying for these positions during my time in nursing school.
