Miami job hunting opportunities- need advice?

I am a new nurse with my ADN. I'm currently in the second semester in my bsn program. I'll be done in June.

Currently I have several people that have offered to recommend me for hiring.

1. My Siani step-down

2. My Siani med surg

3. Miami children's outpaitent center

4. Regionals medical center on a medsurg floor

Most of these opportunities are recommendations from nurses that have liked my work eithics throughout school and clinical rotations. The only difference is the Miami children's outpaitent center, the supervisor asked me for my information to recommend me to their manager.

If i where to pursue one opportunity, what advice can you guys give me? I love the outpaitent center but I'm afraid that I will miss out on many skills being a new grad. However, it's considered one of the best hospitals in Miami so I feel like I should take it. What do you guys think? Would I be able to transfer to the main hospital after a couple years of working? Is it considered expierience? What is pay like working in the outpaitent center? What should I do? Recommendations?
