Nurses Career Support

The hospital I work for now, I've been with since March. I was approached by the director of nursing about a month ago asking if I'd be interested in an assistant director position, which is what I was doing at my previous job. I had told him I hadn't been at the hospital long and he said it was ok, that they have ways around it. So I applied and today the recruiter called me to set up an interview. My conundrum. I'm 17 weeks pregnant. My current assistant director and director already know - I told them nearly 6 weeks ago. I'm due in January. Should I mention it at the interview? I'd really like this position because it would mean steady day hours (8-4 or 9-5), no weekends, no holidays which would be phenominal for my family and the pending baby not to mention more money. I just don't want to blow it by saying too much. What do you all think?

IF they already know and have asked you to apply anyway I wouldn't mention it.

The only time I mentioned my pregnancy in an interview I was told off by the HR lady, she told me in no uncertain terms that the information would make no difference to if I was successful and because of discrimination laws I should keep that info to myself.

I got the job as well.

well my manager knows, but HR and the director of nursing for the hospital (who originally approached me) probably don't know. I could tell them after I find out if I got the job or not.
