by miss_di Mar 10, '10I presume i have no specialization, but I have worked in a medical ward for 2 years and didn't like it one bit!. I hate giving bed baths to paraplegic patients every morning, and repositioning them every 2 hours.
Right now I'm planning to train and specialize on a particular field which i don't know yet! Anyway, I need some advice or any details regarding responsibilities of nurses, pay and how the usual day is in areas like ER, OR, ICU/CCU, and HDU.

Just about every area of nursing is covered and most have stickies where you can find info on the nurse's duties.
