Default Re: Personal care services
If all you want to do is hire yourself out to do private duty care services for people, then all you have to do is to run an ad in the local paper. If you want to start a company where several people work for you doing this kind of work, then you probably need to look into the legalities of starting a business. Suggest you go to your Better Business Bureau or the business dept. of the local college or any small business owner for advice. Also contact the Bureau of Consumer Affairs and other authorities at your state level to find out about state requirements for this type of enterprise. Good luck.
