New here...looking for advice

Hi all, I just registed for this forum like two minutes ago. I was hoping you guys and gals could help me w/ a question. I've been an RN for about 5 yrs. I spent two years in Cardiology and 3 in L&D. Recently, I've realized that I don't like working in a hospital. I hate the shifts, weekends, holidays and mandatory on call policy. I was looking for some kind of job that I could do from home as an RN. I have small children. Does anyone have any ideas? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
