No visa was used nor needed for Saipan...Northern Marianas snail mailed a Visitor's Entry Permit so she can go to Saipan, the permit is strictly to be used in the said island only...my friend is applying for a tourist visa so that she can attend a convention in the US... she got confused to a query re: have you been to US territory&what visa did you use...thanks so much
