Just passed NCLEX want to work in ER need help

by kjcboys

Hello,
I just got my license PN. I really want to work in ER. Any advice you guys can give me. Such as, what classes to take or any certificate you need to have to work in ER. Or do hospital hire LPN in ER?

It is first going to depend on which state that you work in as to what an LPN can do and cannot do. The states where the LPN can do more things, the easier you will find it get a job. However, that doesn't mean that all hospitals in your area hire LPNs. Your best bet would be to contact some of the larger facilites in your area.

Do you have any hospital work experience of any type?
