Job/career/housing all rolled into one..

Hi everyone! I just signed up on this site and this is my first post. I am a practicing BSN-RN living in NH and am currently working in a Nursing home. My previous work experience was in a med-surg setting for 2 years and ICU for 2 years before moving here in the US.

I have plans to move to southern states most likely from the South Carolina downwards to the Florida region and need advice. I'm hopefully looking for a permanent opportunity with good career advancements at hand.

I've posted my resume on monster.com and careerbuilder and have a lot of offers lately which I find a little overwhelming. I haven't called any of them up yet so I may need some advice.

What other questions should I be asking the potential employer or recruiter besides relocation allowance, sign on bonuses, retirement plans, benefits and housing assistance?

Any other info on the nitty-gritty is also well appreciated.
