ICU vs med surg

Hi guys! i am currently a 1 year old RN.

am actually facing a dilemma on whether i should choose ICU or med surg for my advance dip.

can someone guide me along?

it is an advanced diploma?

It may help if you could give us a little more information about your experiences so far and I suppose the decision would depend on what you want from your career
