Nurses Career Support

Published

I'm a new RN who has been working home health for 5 months now and it's my first job. I originally wanted a job at the hospital, but was never offered a position. Recently, a few positions have opened on an ortho floor at the hospital which I actually had done two semesters of clinical on while in nursing school. The pay is less, but I really think a hospital experience is valuable for a new nurse. I'm so nervous even just thinking about the change. Does anyone have experience with something similar? Are you glad you did it or didn't do it? Regrets?
