You gotta love how they use "RNs to beds" ratio as opposed to the REAL ratio of FLOOR RNs to PATIENTS!!!

I only took a quick look but noticed that Johns Hopkins and the Cleveland clinic are in the "honor roll" section.

If I'm not mistaken, they both treat thier nurses like crap.

That's what I've heard anyway. I'll never work there to find out for myself.

Yep, and Dook (Duke) also made the honor roll, and do they EVER trample their nurses!!! :eek: :eek: :eek:
