The sphere of nursing practice (I call proRN) that surronds the proximity of a person we serve is being compromised. I would like to hear how others feel about this.

I am not sure what you mean. If it is communication that you are referencing, then yes, there is a whole lot of scripting with key points going on.

Through policies that in effect lead to less and less interaction between nurse and patient.
