22 days No Drug Test

Nurses Recovery

Getting close to two years in TPAPN. No drug test in 22 days. What is this strangeness about. Anybody experience this and feel paranoid. Checking and rechecking to be sure you didn't miss a test!!!!

Specializes in 911 critical care ambulance nurse.

I once went 29 days with no test.

I went 6 weeks once it made me paranoid but at least my checkbook didn't get hit so hard

I went 5 weeks once. Just screen shot your check in so you can assure yourself throughout the day that you really did check in, and then enjoy it. It won't last. And chances are, just to try to catch you, after you are finally selected to test, your next test will be right away the next day or so. They figure you'll become complacent and assume there will be another large gap in testing, so they hit you again.

I do screen shot an affinity lets you download a running record of check-ins. Good luck to them trying to catch me. I don't play around.

I went 26 days, which is the longest I've waited in between. As some one else mentioned, I just think they're trying to see if we'll slip up & "catch us"......I'm 3.5 years into my contract.

Sounds like Xanadu! Longest I've ever gone is 14. Average is every 10.

Today is the day. Alas, I have not been forgotten.

yeah I went 45 days once without a test....don't worry, they'll make it up to you one month and drop you back to back or something!!

Yah, I can feel it. Four for you in May because you only had two in April.

This is what I used to call "lengthening the leash". Used to drive me nuts. Went 5 weeks then got tested twice.

Yah, I'm nearing the time to ask for step down so I figure things will get weird.
