Would there be a POSSIBILITY that the CaBON will give my mom ATT?

Mom and I just arrived here in CA last Feb 22,2012..We are planning to take the NCLEX exam but unfortunately Im included in the 2012 graduates.My batchmate and her cousin who applied in CaBON and graduated too in PH had been denied so I guess my case who'd be the same too,therefore I decided not to submit my application.So here's my concern,my mom graduated in the year 1980 in Arrellano University and is a licensed nurse in ph..would there be a POSSIBILITY that the CaBON will give her ATT? Anyone who can help us?
