What is CES& English/ CP

I am a nurse who is studied in India, currently working in UK , I hold a green card and social security number for USA , planning to settle in US soon, when I applied for a nclex registration with Virginia BON , on the check list it says I need to take CGFNS, in that it says CES & English or CP , so not sure which one to take please can someone tell me which one is the best to take & also please tell me about the English test. CES is a breakdown of your nursing transcripts. English exam will depend on which one is required usually IELTS is used. CP is CGFNS exam and really only a handful of states require this. CES is the easier of the 2 to get done and English exam is required usually if nursing course is not done in English with materials written in English as well as spoken
