The coursework requirements needs to be done before submitting an application to New York. CVS has nothing to do with it.

As mentioned before research is a part of nursing and if you look at both the NY BON and CGFNS website you will find all the information you need to apply

The coursework required by NYSED are mostly pretty much based online. Also, these agencies report to the BON electronically if you have finished their coursework. A certificate is awarded to you and make sure that the name on your certificate is also the same name you will use in applying to NYSED. Did you apply for the CVS already?

yes , A bit upset I did apply for cvs but unfortunately I made too attempts in credit card so I think they maybe block my credit card so the payment option I have is Money bank draft is US which I dont have

No you do not, you do however have to pass before a license will be issued

You can take the courses at any time but you will not be issued a license until all requirements are met and this includes passing NCLEX
