Ny-cvs, license not accepted

Hello AN, I need your help with this:

I applied for ny-cvs some month ago and cgfns has received my transcript but my license was received but not accepted due to some mistakes on it according to cgfns so another form was sent back to my country but my licensing authority is yet to send the form back to cgfns. The issue now is that cgfns is ready to send a report to new york despite unaccepted license validation

my questions are:

what are the likely decisions NY will make with just my transcript and no license?

since people without previous RN license are able to undergo the ny-cvs with just their transcript, will NY allow me to take the nclex exam?

really need your suggestions/advice if you have any idea about this. thanks

Here's my experienced. I waited for 8 months before CGFNS sent report to NYSED without my license validation from Philippines. Luckily, NYSED made me eligible to sit for nclex exam. good luck!

really appreciate your comment @NursePao, by Gods grace NYSED will make me eligible too, because i have been waiting for 8 months already.
