New York NCLEX

i graduated in 2001 and was thinking of taking my nclex in NY state, do you guys think i would be denied because of the concurrency issue? i have already paid for the CGFNS CVS for NY state and just read about the concurrency issue and they are starting to implement it as well. (i was approved in CA jan 2010 to take the nclex, but my daughter got seriously ill [transplant] and did not take the nclex). any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

If you have already paid for and started process for CVS then wait and see what the BON will say once they review your application.Remeber you are applying to be a licensed nurse in the state, NCLEX is just a part of that process
