need Help.. HOW TO GET VERIFICATION FOR PRIOR SAUDI LICENSE

hi, i am licensed nurse in philippines and saudi arabia currently working here in Alberta Canada as caregiver would like to upgrade my education so i can become a Rn here in ALberta. But before going back to school, the National Nursing Assessment System (NNAS) need to assess my information regarding EDUCATION, LICENSE, EXAMINATION (Board exam) and EMPLOYMENT. It is the first thing to do and so i applied online. I filled up forms regarding these subjects, then i paid 600 cad for processing fee. Then they send me all the forms, which i should download, print, sign and send to my school, registration/licensing office and employers. I don't think am going to have any problem getting all those forms be done in Philippines, because i can ask my mother to process it for me, at my school, PRC and employer back there.

But my big concern is getting all those forms be filled up in Saudi Arabia. I passed the prometric exam in August 2010, then i started working in SAudi arabia September 2010 until November 2012 having a Nurse technician license. And because i declared that i am licensed Nurse in Saudi and i had 2 years experience there, then i should also send forms to them to prove everything.

It says here

- Download, and print the Nursing Registration Form, inlcuding PArt B. Nursing Examination and Registration Information and PArt C Identification of Official from your onine account.then after that i need to

-Send a Nursing Registration Form to each nursing authority outside of CAnada where you obtained a license/registration (wheter active or inactive). Ask them to complete the forms, and send it by mail or courier directly to NNAS.

-The Nursing Registration Form must be completed by the official authorized to provide registration/licensing information.

What will i do now?My questions are:

1.Which Office/ Department should i send those forms in Saudi Arabia? Is it Ministry of Health or Saudi Council?

2.What are the step by step procedures for me to do to let this forms be fill up, signed and send directly to NNAS?

3.What are all the requirements needed?

4. If ever you have a copy of those forms being filled up, can you send me a copy too so i have an overview of the informations that should be put in the forms.

Please help me. Please share some information that can help me regarding this problem. PLEASE PLEASE DO HELP ME FELLOW NURSES. Thankyou in advance.
