NCLEX in Washington, Oregon, or Nevada

Hi everyone! I'm not even a month old in this site and I humbly need your help.

I'm a registered nurse in the Philippines year 2008 and unfortunately inexperienced until now because a year after taking the Philippine Board Exam, I traveled to London for my Business study and I'm still here. I recently went for a tour in USA and would want to move there (If it's God's willing). I still wanted to pursue my nursing and caring passion. However, I'm confuse on where to apply my NCLEX. Kindly help me choose between Washington, Oregon, and Nevada (I would love CA but I guess it's hopeless). Any suggestions for a good state? Thank you!
