NCLEX converted to HAAD passer

Good day everybody, I'm NCLEX passer since 2010 and currently active, I wanted to work in Abu Dhabi as RN is there any chance my My USRN license to be converted to HAAD RN, please give my idea and procedures how to apply my for conversion of my license?

NCLEX pass does not equal US license. Did you pass the NCLEX & get issued a RN license.

Yes, I processed it with the help of my agency in USA,since 2010 I renewed my license twice and this year to be renewed. I wanted to take HAAD test but I'm surprised someone told to me it's possible to convert my USRN license to HAAD but he didn't mentioneD how to do it? Any idea?
