I'm currently applying for NCLEX in Texas. But I really do not know the proper steps to take. I studied my BSN degree abroad and I'm an immigrant in the US. Can someone help me out? I am also a fresh graduate and I already passed the Nursing Licensure Exam here in the Philippines so I'm already a registered nurse here. I would just like to know the proper steps I should take for the NCLEX? Thank you so much in advance! :)

You apply the same way everyone else does. Have you checked the Texas BON website? All the info and forms you need to apply should be there.

You don't apply for the NCLEX. NCLEX is not applied for, you register to take the NCLEX once you receive an authorization to test from the board of nursing. NCLEX is one step in the process. You go to the BoN website and follow the instructions to apply for an RN license by examination as an internationally educated nurse. You must have your credentials assessed by an approved agency such as CGFNS or ERES. The application instructions are detailed on BoN website
