Hours Deficiency

Hello all,

I was an enrolled nurse in Australia, came to USA and trying to get Maryland Nursing License but the Board says i have both theory and practical hours deficiency in Peds and Maternity, Now, here is the question, How can i make up those hours, from where, Do they restrict my License on those two and allow me to sit for NCLEX? I need your help please.....

You will not be permitted to sit the NCLEX nor become licensed until the deficiency is made up. I'm guessing as an EN you applied for LPN. In that case it will be difficult to find such a class to mark up hours as PN programs are 10-12 month programs often without separate classes to register for.
