Help needed with ces report!!! Urgent!

World Registration

Published

Hi everyone!!

First I want to say a big thanks that you hit this topic and read my question! :))

I am trying to endorse my license to Washington and Oregon both! So I heard about concurreny rule in Washington..is it true? Has any nurse encountered that?

Also about Oregon, they require CES report..

Now my question is on my original transcript I dont have these subjects separately listed:

Neurology,

Mental Health concepts,

Long-term care nursing,

Acute care nursing and physical assessment

But the classes I took in university such as Fundamental Nursing has covered physical assessment and class Nursing Psychology covered information about Mental health concepts..

So what am I going to ask my school to fill out this form? I am not sure if my school will estimate the exact hours I learned on those subjects..

Also, in the Humanities part, I did not study Art history music etc in my college..would that be a problem to pass their requirements?

Has anyone met this problem during the CES process?

Can any nurse reading my post tell me how did you do that?

And I will be super grateful if anyone can share the passed CES report form with me!!

Thanks in advance!

Hello Judy,

I am currently chasing for CES myself. Actually, you need to have your Nursing school fill up the forms for CGFNS and must be directly sent to CGFNS by the school. School does the allocation of hours and divides them accordingly.

If you have a glance in CGFNS Website: http://www.cgfns.org, CES section, you will figure out what you have to do.

With my experience, I would suggest you :

Login to CGFNS go to Order status and place order for Academic report /professional report follow the steps, finally credit card prompts will appear. Before you pay, close the tab and go to order status. You will see incomplete status then follow the steps as below :

Select the incomplete status >> print documents >> Request for academic Records/Transcripts- CES Nurse>> Print the forms>> you fill up the applicant section and dispatch the form to the school. Generally, school take small fees for the purpose, therefore you make an enquiry to your school for required fees before you dispatch.

Here you go, all you need to do is wait ! School does the rest !!!

In the mean time before 90 days period of the order expiry, you pay the CES fee.

Hope it helps!

Good luck ahead

Hi Virginepgirl!!

Thanks so much for your reply! I really appreciate it! :))

Here's the thing, my teacher does not know English at all! And I am not sure if she can do it correctly!

Did you know that if your school fill out every blank on that form under Nursing category?
