Did not receive ATT for the CBT

Hi guys..

Please I need some inputs regarding the ATT for the CBT. I registered n the NMC website last Dec 2 and passed the eligibility stage and was told to contact Pearson Vue to schedule the test. I tried to register n the Pearson Vue website but it was asking for an NMC Candidated ID, which I don't have as well as the ATT.

I contacted Pearson Vue and was told to contact NMC since it would be released from their end. When I contacted NMC, they said to send an email to [email protected], which I did. But it has been more than 2 weeks now and I still did not hear from them.

Do I wait or do I need to contact them again? Does it normally take this long to receive the ATT?

Need your inputs please. I'd really want to sit the CBT already.
