    order status says its ready for processing but for the requirements it says "SIGNED NOTARIZED APPLICATION RECEIVED BUT NOT ACCEPTED" anyone know the reason for this? i called customer care, the person said that she couldn't tell me why it was like that since she couldn't access the document.

    I actually had the same experience. This maybe because the date in which you placed your signature is different from the date by the person who notarized your application. The date needs to be the same in order to be accepted. If this is the case, you need to mail again the application in order to be processed.

    thank you for the reply. i made sure the dates were the same. i will call cgfns again tomorrow for an update.
